Bin-Shihon Group built the Bin-Shihon Loyalty App to allow customers to activate product warranties and collect reward points by scanning QR codes on Bin-Shihon products.

Information Collection and Use
The app uses the following permissions and features:
• Camera – to scan QR codes for warranty activation and rewards. The app does not record, save, or transmit camera images.
• Location – to verify warranty activation location (optional).
• SMS – to automatically fill in OTP codes for secure login.
• Internet – to securely communicate with our servers for account management and points tracking.

We do not sell, rent, or share user information with third parties. All collected data is used only for the purpose of operating the loyalty program and improving customer experience.

Data Security
We take all necessary measures to protect user data against unauthorized access or disclosure.
